On Wednesday, the Flash acquired one of the league's top goal scorers in six-foot forward Jessica McDonald. Over her three seasons in the NWSL, McDonald has proven to be a force up top and led her team in goals over each of the past two seasons. With 21 regular-season NWSL goals, McDonald is tied for fourth all-time on the league's goal-scoring list.

We briefly chatted with Jess to learn some of her favorite things, including what dance you might see her doing this season!

What are you looking forward to this season?
I am looking forward to helping change the organization and to help change things in a positive way. I’m looking forward to having the pressure on my shoulders to help score goals for team. Those are the things I like to have when I play. And I’m looking forward to playing on the East Coast!

Where is the best place soccer has ever taken you?
I can’t really complain anywhere I’ve been. You know, I get to travel the world, travel the nation either way it goes. I just enjoy my experience being all over the place.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?
I love to dance. My favorite so far might be the Nae Nae right now.
