Rochester was added to the #FlashFamily ahead of the 2023-2024 season when the Western New York Flash Academy merged with the Rochester Lancers.
The region is home to more than 600 academy players, based out of Glacier Ridge Sports Park. Flash Rochester also hosts its own Jr. Academy, camps, and Center of Excellence.
