FLASH ROCHESTER
Rochester was added to the #FlashFamily ahead of the 2023-2024 season when the Western New York Flash Academy merged with the Rochester Lancers.
The region is home to more than 700 academy players as of the 2024-2025 season, based out of Glacier Ridge Sports Park. Flash Rochester also hosts its own Jr. Academy, camps, and Center of Excellence.
