THE 2025 FLASH SPRING CUP IS COMING TO BUFFALO, NY
Sahlen's Sports Park will be hosting the inaugural Flash Spring Cup from May 30 - June 1, 2025 at both the park and Flash Fields. Both facilities are located on the same stretch of Seneca St. in Elma, NY, which is just outside of Buffalo, NY.
An officially sanctioned tournament by U.S. Youth Soccer, the Flash Spring Cup will be open to both girls and boys teams for players with birth years 2011 through 2016 (U9-U14). Teams will be guaranteed at least three (3) games, and awards will be given to top performing teams in each age division.
Teams from all three Flash regions (Buffalo, Rochester, and Binghamton) will be among those competing at the tournament.

Facilities
Flash Fields (6831 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059)
This is our main outdoor facility located in Elma, NY, just about 15 miles Southeast from downtown Buffalo. The complex features two full 11v11 lighted fields, locker rooms, public bathrooms, a concession stand, offices, and a gym.
Sahlen's Sports Park (7070 Seneca Street, Elma, NY 14059)
Located just about a half a mile down the street is our massive indoor soccer complex, which is home to four indoor fields that can each by divided. That includes our main 11v11 field that was once home to the WNY Flash Professional women's team.
