Eric Redder joined the WNY Flash Academy in June of 2020.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, prior to joining the WNY Flash Academy, Redder spent time as the Assistant State Technical Director for North Carolina and was a North Carolina Youth Soccer Association Coaching Education Instructor.
As a player, Redder competed at the University of Findlay (Ohio).
In addition to holding a USSF National “A” License, U.S. Soccer Federation Grassroots License Instructor, and NSCAA Premier Diploma, Redder holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and History from the University of Findlay (Ohio) and a master’s degree in Education from Ohio State University.
Redder and his wife, Mary Ann, currently reside in West Seneca, N.Y. with their daughter, Madelynn.
