What is the Center of Excellence (COE)?

The COE is designed to develop creative and confident soccer players through a focus on individual skills, with professional coaching in small-group settings.

Who should attend the COE?

The COE is for boys and girls ages 8-14 who are dedicated to improving their technical soccer abilities.

How long is the COE program?

The COE is a ten-week training program with one and a half hours of instructional training per week.

How do I know what age group my child should try out for?

You will enter your player's date of birth during registration, and they will be automatically assigned to the correct age group.

Does my child have to attend all tryout dates?

Yes, it is recommended to attend all tryout dates. If unable to attend, please contact the Director of Coaching.

Flash Rochester – WNY Flash Soccer Academy

FLASH ROCHESTER

Rochester was added to the #FlashFamily ahead of the 2023-2024 season when the Western New York Flash Academy merged with the Rochester Lancers.

The region is home to more than 700 academy players as of the 2024-2025 season, based out of Glacier Ridge Sports Park. Flash Rochester also hosts its own Jr. Academy, camps, Summer Training Program, and Center of Excellence.
